Comfortable room. Good value.

Room was clean and comfortable.

It was a bit isolated. No shops or restaurants in close walking distance. Always had to get into heavy traffic and drive to restaurants or shops.

Wonderful

Swimming pool was ok but only about 3 feet deep at its deepest

It's in an area that isn't that convenient to too many activities except boat trips to the islands. I came here to meet a friend from Vietnam who ended up staying half rhe time I was there and I basically was left alone and for a single man it's really not that great a place as massage places were limited and only a few things to do. Mall near by wirh a few stores. How

Recommend as a place to stay if you need to stay in the specific part of Phuket.

Friendly staff, gym out the front (separate business).

WiFi was very poor in my room. Location not great, kind of in the middle of nowhere.

nice enough place

good location, large balcony and staff were friendly

pool was closed for almost all of our stay which we didn’t know beforehand, the pool was one of the main reasons we booked. fitness suite was also not great but there is a well equipped gym downstairs you can use for only 100 baht

Pleasurable stay at Ratana Chalong

The is was really comfortable with a large bed and desk space for working, modern bathroom, kitchen area and balcony! The pool area is really great, the pool is beautiful and there are sun chairs for relaxing. Five min walk on the way to the pier there is a street with great restaurants and bars and a 7/11. The best restaurant is called Bite! It has amazing Asian and western food including smoothie bowls and vegan options and it has an associated gallery that promotes education about sharks and sells art to contribute to a shark conservation fund.

There were no Matts in the gym for basic stretches or functional exercises and the staff were not the friendliest! If I didn’t greet them first in the mornings they would not greet me…

good value hotel with nearby gym

I enjoyed my stay here and extended a fair few times. the hotel gym is poor but the gym under the hotel is only 100 baht and is much better. room was cleaned every day and fresh water provided pool was good and great to sunbathe and relax good value for money, wifi sometimes cut off but was able to work remotely for my job

Perfect for overnight on your own!

Clean, spacious, safe and with ace wifi! Perfect pool and 7/11 over the road for provisions!

Your air con and fridge only work when the key is in the holder by the door so you couldn't leave things in the fridge!

Not at Rawai beach

Very disappointed the add for this hotel said it was at Rawai Beach. It is 6 klms from Rawai. Spent 600 baht each day on taxi fares

Very helpful cleaning staff. Nice pool.

Front desk staff were trying to cheat you out of money when ordering a taxi. Not very helpful to the point of being rude.

We were upgraded so that we had an apartment instead of two...

We were upgraded so that we had an apartment instead of two rooms.

The location was terrible, with a very busy road (at the time with loads of roadworks which caused transport issues) making laying by the pool too unpleasant. It was quite a walk to get to any shops or restaurants. The wifi was useless

Comfortable and affordable with friendly staff

The staff were very friendly and accomodating to our every need. The facilities and breakfast buffet were nice and the hotel was always neat and clean. Some good restaurants and grocery stores are closeby which was convenient.

The location - most tourist attractions were quite far away.

Its good to stay lil expensive as compared to the other hotels nearby.... the rooms were comfortable

I liked the location much as it was really close to Chalong pier port but could not get the seaview room nd westayedfr 4 days....daily a trolly full of stuff use to be next to our door AC was awsome the telephone sets were not working to call the operator.There was no Sauna room as it was mentioned at reception. Staff was good and welcoming

There was no toiletries except shampoo nd bath gel The dishes spoons forks were not of same family set. Low quality tissues

Comfortable and pleasant stay.

The staff were super helpful. They helped with taxi bookings. Though the staff were not good with English language, they really put in best effort. That was very impressive. Rooms were large and beautiful. Breakfast was served in my room which was great. They also allowed late check out till 2pm.

There were no telephones in the rooms. The jacuzzi in my room did not work. It would have been nice if I had used it at least once during my stay. There was road construction going on on the hotel street so it did not allow me explore the area.

The layout of the house is proper for a family’s stay.

The layout of the house is proper for a family’s stay. Everything is well prepared. The staff of this hotel are all gorgeous! I lost my iPhone on the taxi during my stay and the front office really helped a lot, especially the girl who was just off duty on Feb 7th night. A warm place to stay.

A little bit far from the beach and the traffic is a headache because of the road construction.

The staff don’t speak English, the surrounding area of the hotel is poorly maintained. The view from the room was bad and the rooms are very small.
